Williams College’s Africana Studies Program, American Studies and The Department of History invite you to a FREE screening and discussion of Steve McQueen’s critically acclaimed new film, “12 Years a Slave”. This British-American epic historical drama film is an adaptation of the 1853 autobiography Twelve Years a Slave by Solomon Northup. A panel discussion with faculty will immediately follow the film.
